Don't plan on going back there again. I'm looking for a different dealership to go to if I ever need warrantied repairs. Otherwise, for anything not under warranty, I'm going to my own mechanic!

it is too bad that we are getting bad dealership experience. why couldn't MAZDA train their sales people better. To be honest, i thought HONDA sales i have met when i was looking for a new car, were much nicer. Most sales i have met were pretty rude, and i will definitely keeping an eye on their service department when i take my baby in for a regular.
