Mazda screwing our resale value?

Matthew, other than me theres 9 other sales people and not much money to be made on new cars and we have a hard time making any gross on used cars either.

ah yes, new cars is a totally diff story. you dont have it that bad. i worked at the largest dealer in west pennsylvania - century III cheverolet. we pushed 275 cars monthly easy with 25 salespeople. i could barely pay my bills at that job. had to sell my bike and everything. well that and i was joining the army so i had to selll it to compensate for my gross monthly income from the army. guess how much?

942.00 per month! you think you got it bad! now THATS a sacrafice for your country :D

Gotcha, you ever plan on moving back up this way in the future or you gonna stay where you're at??

Matthew,
I've been in the biz for three years now, all of that at Mazda Knoxville. I sell new and used, I made 71k last year, On pace to do 85k with bonus's and all. There's plenty of money to be made if your willing to work. I was in the Air Force for 4years, was a firefighter and stationed most of my time in at RAF Mildenhall, UK. I'm glad I'm out, 1600 a month doesn't get you very far. I did go to college, about 2 semesters short of my BS in business management, but I don't think very many 24 year olds make 80k plus a year even with a degree. Car sales are not the greatest job in the world, nor did I aspire to be one, but I make alot more money than anyone I grew up with and have alot more s*** to play with. Money isn't everything, but it sure helps having some. have fun in the military, god knows I didn't.
