Why do you have to use HDR to take a pic in the the daytime? (boom07)

Agreed. You are way into the extreme over the top super HDR as well, which hurts the eyes. I honestly think if you are still in the process of learning photography, and post processing, ignore HDR and the fancy night shots and take some clean day shots. They are far easier to learn PP on, and just as satisfying. In regards to learning photography, I think you are biting off more than you can chew right now. Keep it simple.

I didn't say uneditted. PP = post processing = editting. A daytime shot for you now with some editting on the levels and color balance may seem boring, but you are just starting with photography. Takes time to see the right shots, angles, composition, etc. You can't tell me that the pics you see in the Photography thread are boring. Alot of those are basic shots with minor editting. IMO, the more editting, the crappier the pic gets. HDR isn't good for every single day shot you take, it's just a style that suits certain images. There's tons of styles you can use for daytime shots. As for originality, I don't think it's so much how you edit it, it's what you shoot, where you shoot, and how you set up your shots.

if i could find the stock fogs for my car for under 100 i would snatch them up!

...but they are way expensive everyplace i've seen them :(

i might think about drilling holes in them for cool air venting when there's intercooler piping there! plus a black fmic will look f-ing amazing in the bumper down there!!!

you can just get creative....

Here's the new fog lights. OEM fogs (left) and mine (right).

I paid around 30 for the pair.... Don't ask me what they're from though, because I don't remember.... Best thing to do is just walk around the junkyard and look for some that look like they'll fit. It will take you a while though.
