Well ****, my car is lowered 1.5in on a Eibach ProKit....so that means I will have issues getting in and out of my drive way?

do you also have a buddyclub kit? that dramatically extends the bumpers downward versus stock

(edit: just read your other post)

I suppose it would depend on your driveway! All driveways are not the same

Hey on your body kit, did you have to lower your exhaust? Im getting that same kit this weekend and am wondering. Thanks!

Chris

I didn't have to lower it, but you might have to have it moved and welded a little so it doesn't rub on your bumper. I didn't have to lower it at all, just position it an inch or so to the right.

I'm not getting smaller rims just to lower my car, there is no point for me to do that since I'm driving to U of H almost everyday or so. Too many pot holes and problems with my car, IF it was lowered. My bumpers is chipped enough as is. Haha

A guy in Knoxville is selling me his for 150$ all 4 pieces, when he had his P5 they sent him the wrong kit...and he ended up getting rid of the P5 so the kits been in his garage for the last 6-8mos. But yes Im getting the same BuddyClub2 kit.

maybe you misunderstood my post

I wasn't saying get smaller rims, I was saying a different style might look better NOT lowered, since you already stated you didn't plan to lower the car

the ones you have on now can't be larger than 15-16" as it is

This is the first time i have posted pics of my car on the forums.... its completely bone stock, due to the warranty. I had bought some tiens for it but never got around to installing them. This summer i am going to sell it and get a 240 (lol2) can't wait.

good decision(cheers2)

Oh my bad on that one. I really don't have any money for that though. Looking at investing in OBX headers and some cams. I'm just replacing my old rims with the same newer ones as they start to look bad. Haha.

If I go to fast into the driveway, I scrape the bumper as it sits 1.5in lowered now...so how much further does the BC bumper lower your car? Are speed bumps a issue?

My car is STOCK height and I have NO trouble with speed bumps, but I DO have trouble with steep inclines. So if you put that kit on your car and it is lowered 1.5 inches, you WILL have trouble with inclines and maybe some speed bumps.

i am sure it'd look hecka nice but i bet it'd hurt alot when you scrape it...

That sucks dude. Maybe we need to invent a pot hole sensor that works together with an airbag system so it puts air in the bags when it senses a pot hole. Then we'll demo it on your car. Haha.(rockon)

yeah i am selling my tiens this summer. but i am looking for a local sale, not really excited about going through all the shipping stuff.

How many of you guys have a T-shirt with your car on it? Or am I the only one?

I got an shirt airbrushed with a pic of my car.

I have the same color/year/trim Protege (minus the turbo, etc., but same stock features). Also, I like what you have done to your's.

I am still unsure of what I am going to add to mine, but, my family is my priority and anything left over is what my Protege will get.
