Mazda = pissing me off right now

Don't mean to be sarcastic here...but I've had this problem for 15 months......I think I already tried the calling routine. Rapid response...yup....." We're not aware of any problem sir it must be your car, take it to your dealer etc.etc..etc." Just circles of bulls***.

Their Tech lines are idiots. My best luck was with district manager.

Their survey are actually done by JD Power associates. But, my dealer said that MAzda takes the customer survey's very serious, and if there is any negative feedback on them, the dealers DO get calls saying so. This is why I've been holding off sending it as my dealer has been great. But, too late now....deed is done.

Can you help us out by showing us a copy of the bulliten or let us know where to ask the dealerships to look. Help us out man, we're desperate.

Oh and if it is a known problem and there's a fix why isn't there a service recal for them?
 
I've seen the tech bulletin for the clunking noise. It simply says to replace the rear bushings with the 156D part. And to undercoat the sway bar with rust protection before putting them on.

Problem is....the part don't f'n work. So whether they look or not....it don't matter.

Just a big circle
 
Hey I am part of a club...cool!!! I also sent a letter to Mazda Canada...very professional..to the point..nothing rude or arrogant..hopefully it will create an impact...HOPEFULLY!!! Good Luck Ladies!!!
 
Ok heres the status on what is happening

I called them ( the dealership ) and there still doing research?
I find that wierd since the tech line is supposeably there as insider has told us.. why do they need to do reasearch... Anyways im going to call tommarrow again.. i really want to get this fixed!

Second of all my car was suppose to be done in the shop today and to my suprise when i called them they said it was all ready they just need to clean it.. so i arrive there ( 30 min drive) wait about 30 mins only to have a tech come up to me and tell me that they forgot to paint a section... HOW THE HELL DO YOU FORGET TO PAINT A SECTION?!?!?! o well guess it should be done by tommarrow morning that is if they forget to attach the bumper... : /
