How does post count change a persons opinion of what looks good?

The post count policy is in place to discourage (and hopefully prevent) MOTM participants (and their fanboys) from creating multiple user accounts to increase vote count...Which unfortunately happened in the early days of the MOTM.
As for the current MOTM poll...(ohsnap!) We've got a 4-way battle going!!!

when i sold my protege for the ms3, i was facing the same long list. the choice was to either add turbo to the pro or look for a newer solution, then i found the ms3 and the rest is history... i give props to anyone willing to take on turboing an NA car, its not as easy as some make it seem, but definitely worth it in the end

and to think some people said there weren't any good cars this month.
my response to that is... out of 60,280 members, only 174 have voted. so, i'm not the only one thinking that.

and out of 60k, 59,000 aren't active. tight race. love it.

most ever users online at one time was 2055. thats double the number of active members you claim are around. and that number is users on at the same time - not just active users. where do you get your numbers from?

which, if "sanblaster1" is right, and only 1000 active members surf the boards, we are still only looking at about 17% of the active users voting. thats pretty pathetic for a "Ride of the Month." that percentage gets worse as you increase the number of active users.

lets not get into another pissing match. please, don't go the most ever users route. That was one day, and i believe guests count. Really, many members don't vote because they choose not to, doesn't mean the cars suck, and again enough with this ridicuolous debate about nothing really but drama that this thread should never but tends to receive. Out of respect for the members who submitted, lets leave any further discussions about this topic to pms or admins if it really bugs you that much.
