mazda dealer mechanic and mods

I'am looking for information on a Mazda dealer mechanic in New york/New Jersey who won't bust someone for having mods on there car. Any information is appreciated

I've never had nor heard of any problems at Wayne Mazda. That being said if the mods are definitely the cause of your problem I'd be wary any place you went. But I've seen some highly modified vehicles go in there with no problems for simple warranty or oil changes...they don't care.

You know of any independent shops in NNJ that do good work on mazdas? Im looking to do some suspension mods on my mazda5 and i need a good reliable shop to do the work. +1 on wayne mazda,i had a cool sales guy when i bought the 5, havent tried the service dept yet though.

I take my Mazda to Woodside, Queens Mazda service...I have Corksport SRI and they havent given me any problems...

If the mod doesn;t directly contribute to the failure they will warrenty it. I would however suggest, if you have a flash, to take the flash off and dirve it around for a couple hundred miles in case they have to hook it up to the obd2.
