Thanks to the help of this forum, and Antoine in particular, TrueDelta has another set of reliability survey results for the Mazda CX-9. These are for the year ending December 31, 2007.
For the 2007 Mazda CX-9, we received an average of 4.8 months of data on 34 cars. The stat of 44 successful repair trips per 100 vehicles per year (0.4 per vehicle) is about average, perhaps a bit better than average, for a 2007 model. Pretty good for a complex vehicle in its first year.
Everyone who has been helping out with this research, thanks, it literally wouldn't be possible without you. Those who aren't yet helping out, please consider doing so. It would be nice to also include the 2008, but this will require more participants.
