Mazda CX-7 Dim low-beam headlights and dash

Hello,

I'm a newbie hear and hopefully someone can help. The low beam lights on our car are so dim we can't drive it at night. Some of the dash lights are also very dim and can't be seen during the day. Has anyone else experienced this and if so have you found the problem? I guess I'll wind up going to the dealer if I can't fix it but they are a long way away.
