low beam

Hello, I'm a newbie hear and hopefully someone can help. The low beam lights on our car are so dim we can't drive it at night. Some of the dash lights are also very dim and can't be seen during the day. Has anyone else experienced this and if so have you found the problem? I guess I'll wind up...

Need some help guys I just did a protege5 headlight conversion on my sedan and I'm having some issues with the low beam The driver side low beam isn't lighting up.. I'm using brand new bulbs so I thought it was the connector pigtail.. I swapped it out and spliced a spare low beam pigtail but...
