Last month, we were honored to have our legendary #55 Mazda 787B (the 1991 24 Hours of Le Mans winner) immortalized into Forza Motorsport 4's downloadable "February ALMS" DLC Pack.
Not only did the game's designers, Turn 10 Studios, have to visually re-create the famed Le Mans prototype for gameplay, but nail the audio as well—which meant dyno testing one of the rarest and most fearsome engines ever made. Needless to say, we kept our cameras rolling!
Watch as the Turn 10 crew explains exactly how they did it, what made them even want to in the first place, and why our four-rotor R26B is the absolute loudest engine they've ever heard.
