Mazda 626 Radiator Fix Pricing

Ok, my friend just hit me up with a call about a guy selling his 93 Mazda 626. Its a v6 2.5 liter, needs new tires, 5 point racing wheels, cd player, sun roof, and its gold. He said all it needs is a new pressure canister for the radiator. Before I waste my time going to look at this car, how much does that usually cost to fix? parts+labor? He only wants 850 for it so if ya'll think this is a good deal lemme know.

I'm not sure if he is referring to the overflow bottle or not. If he is then it should be a really cheap fix since it's just a plastic bottle and even a brand new one from the dealer shouldn't be too expensive. If he is referring to something else in the coolant system then we would need to figure out what that part is.
