The shifter is what I love best about my Mazda, the throw is just heaps shorter and extremely precise compared to my Corolla, makes for lightning quick shifts. DSG? Pfffffft.

That is one wicked ride mate...I have to ask though, what brand is the replacement stereo system you have in there, and is it linked to the overhead dvd player?

I am looking to takeout my stock stereo and replace it with an mp3 player, but haven't come across a decent one yet.

Any recommendations folks?

Nice ride and welcome to the forums.

There was another guy from Sweden a little bit back and I was surprised that in 6th gear the rpm/gear ratio at 100km/hr was almost as high as the 5th gear in the North America setup. What engine do you have? 2.0L Benzin, right? That is the only relief I have, we get the 2.3L standard on this side of the pond, not available anywhere else (not even Japan anymore)
