As far as I could tell when looking at the shop manual and wiring diagrams it should be a direct bolt in. The only real difference I saw was between FED and CALI cars. The CALI cars had the third catalyst and the air fuel sensor wiring was a little different. I think the MAF calibration is different also. But if you are just doing a block to block swap then you should be good. Use your existing manifolds, accessories and wiring.
