Don't see anything that really worries me in there. It'd be nice if that's the correct procedure for the clutch pedal squeak that a couple people have reported - replacing the switch is better than replacing the hydraulics.
A TSB is for the dealer techs. It's to help them find a problem that you might have. You won't demand them to do it. You can ask the service writer and give him the TSB. It's still up to the tech to either do it or not.
