In the US they do as standard, just look at your current tires\rims and look at the valve stem...if its a solid aluminum piece coming out of the tire you have TPMS...if its a black rubber stem then you dont. It's up to you if you buy the snow rims\sensors on the new set, if you leave them off, your TPMS yellow dash light will be on until you change them back....if you add them the light will go off but itll cost you $$$.
