I had the megan racing cat-back on my car for a week before I got rear-ended and it got wrecked. Without the silencer in it the thing was WAY too loud. Giant fart-can loud like you see and hear on ricer civics. I wanted to kill myself after 20 minutes on the highway with that on. With the silencer it's much more livable, although I'm not a fan of the 4" tip.

Really? Because mine does not sound like that. I'm not totally in love with the big tip either but I like the sound with header and CAI.

I agree it, the Magnaflow is very nice and not to mention very stealthy - it's almost too discreet for my taste (and I like being unnoticed). However, because I am going the turbo route I am looking for something a little bigger...

Hey do you have a pic of the Megan on your car? I can't seem to find any of these forums and I'm curious to see what the 4.5" tip looks like. Because it's 2.5" OD it will mate up perfectly with everything else I have ready for the turbo.
