I was just going onto marcy motorsport's site to see if I can get my head package to start my turbo project when I was greeted by some bad news....

marcy motorsports is no longer pursuing working on the mazdas since there isn't enough resources to caryy on blah blah blah.... and it goes on...

WTF is up with this!?!?!?!

Old news guy, 3 community didn't get along with Walter very well.

He didn't have anything for the car anyhow. everything he had listed was potential products. he didn't have cores or blanks of anything in his shop. you still might be able to have him do work FOR YOU if you swing by his shop. but don't count on him producing anything for the mazda's anytime soon.

Though i know he rubbed a lot of 3 owners the wrong way (hence the responce email is labeled Mazda3@marcymotorsport) but he was answering a lot of questions for the 6 owners. I've talked to him a few times, and seen him at a track event, he really is a nice guy. Just wanted to throw that in there...i'm sure he was a dick to some people, but who hasn't been a dick? He does a lot for the Focus guys, and wish he could have done the same for us down the line.

Kill him with kindness. As close as the Focus and M3 are mechanically, he'd be a fool not to want to expand his product coverage. We just need to realize he's not Vic Edelbrock or Summit Racing with $$$$$ and huge facilities, just a Joe like you or me with a shoestring buisness, and probably can't handle the massive volume of business yet.

But let's keep him close and in the loop. He'll come around eventually. We need all the support we can get!

haha, i talked to him last night and i'm not holding my breath anymore...at all.

I do agree, his issue is it's him and a few other people...2 of those people moved away in December...right as everyone was starting to see the BS kit coming out. s*** happens, too late now.
