The Mazdaspeed3 isn't going to be the only model available for '07, just the most important one.

I'm sure they'll sell plenty of regular 3i and 3s models.

Not to get TOO off topic, but i just saw the caliber in my car and driver mag and those things are UGLY. It looks like a little smushed magnum. IMO

Well if i COULD i would switch to a ferrari or sumthin. But considering my price range the srt-4 is the best bang for the buck.

as far as i know they stopped production on the srt-4. also it really isn't that great of a car. read about it in sport compact car.

Yeah they stopped production last jjuly or august i think, but theres still a few out there. I found a white one within 100 miles from my house. And they didnt stop production because it wasnt a good car....

Why not just put a turbo on your 3? Better handling, looks, interior, and the engines are capable of about the same power.

cept losing the warranty and thus putting the future life of your car in the hands of the shop that is installing it. and the srt-4 is not a bad car by any means, most sport compact car enthusiasts know this, sure its not an evo or an sti, but it also costs about $12000 less than those two as well, and for us starving college students, evo's and sti's are just impractical. would consider a mazdaspeed 3 but im nt crazy bout hatches. but thats just life in my corner of the world

He already has an exhaust and aftermarket clutch/flywheel, no Mazda dealership in the US will honor any warranty claim he has now, turbo or not.
