While this isnt about "NEW" cars, it's NEWS about Cars.

"As the story goes someone in Portugal bought a farm on a plot of land that had been abandoned for 15 years or so. While exploring their property they found a large barn that was locked up tight with a rusty padlock. After a bit of brute force they got the lock off and opened the doors revealing a mind-blowing collection of vintage cars. ..."

Wow i feel like the un luckiest person alive . I need to try my luck at everything one day something will strike

You think some cars are money pits? That is the black hole of money right there. I thought I saw a Alfa GTV in there. I'd sell all of them except that and the 356

WOW...that will probably not only pay for the land he just bought, but put a million bucks in his pocket too! Quite a pricey collection...

Half full.

wow nice. too bad that could have been me. :p
I gotta do some research on this and find out where it was. Maybe I will go and visit.

I'd sell all of em, except for my favorite two or three. I'd use the money to restore those favorite two or three to original condition :)

Found this in the comments on Jalopnik:

After a bit of searching through some portuguese classic cars forums, i came up empty.
"Interclassicos" is the classic car trader who posted this finding on its webpage, but that has been removed, apparently because of too much speculation and pressure to reveal the location of the warehouse. I found a few more pictures including one outside where a tower was ready to take an Austin Cooper S (the reason for the opening of the warehouse, apparently).
The only explanation was (roughly translated):
"The owner of these cars is a collector who requested anonymity. They are all documented and were all bought in the 80s, and in the early 90s the warehouse was welded shut."
Anyway, i really doubt they're still there, since the finding was at least over a month ago...
Still impressive...

Oh, and personally, if I did somehow become the surprised owner of those cars, I'd keep everything Alfa, Lotus, MG, Mini, or Porsche, and sell off the rest to try to finance the repair and restoration of the Alfas, Lotuses, MGs Minis and Porsches!

Again, this was apparently not a barn find:
