Hello!

ive recently bought a yellow msp for 1500$ (80 000 km and never saw a winter :D) from a friend, the motor have a snapped rod, so i already bought my motor for 500$ with 1 year of warranty lol ..

it has already some mod :D

-fmic
-hard piping
-motor mount that cost 250$ each but i forgot the name
-vibrant 3" exhaust ( any body got any tip for lowering the noise that this exhaust make? there some cheap resonator and muffler and cat at
*********************** but i dont know if i should put a cat or only a resonator or both or just a muffler and a cat or what ever)
-hks sequential bov
-short ram intake that i forgot the name,
-yellow silicone hose everywhere

anaway !

after alot of reading, im sure that the mbsp will be destroyed !, so i need your guy help

1- could any1 provide me, a picture of where the hole for the oil return is, and, could give me what the diameter of the bolt that goes there ? so i can make mine mbsp , welding is not a problem .. i dont have acces to the car right now, so that why i am asking this here ^^

2- the car i bought have been stored for 1 year and half, beside changing all the oil do you guy have any suggestion to any maintenance i could do ? the car was stored in a garage so it had never saw any water or snow..

i was thinking about the waste gate, put a new one ( the one at protege garage that give stock boost) since i will have the engine in my face.. and beside,before my friend blow his motor he was boosting at 9lbs so i would like to put the boost at stock rate since i dont really care and 170hp is enought for me,

first of all, i will make the car working, then ill put some mod, the car run very rich, so ill need to fix this

i think that all, if you guy have any suggestion beside my bad english ill take any,

first of all why do you think the mbsp will be destroyed? take the engine apart and see what is actually broken before you start throwing parts at it.

1. are you asking about the location of the turbo oil return hole on the mbsp?

2. timing belt wouldnt hurt. also for any other maintenance stuff, it really depends on how well the engine is running.

3. if the car had a fmic on it and running at 9 psi, that is pretty close to normal on stock wastegate actuator, boost tends to go up on msp's as soon as you put a fmic on.

4. if it really has a vibrant 3" exhaust, then dont mess it up with different cats and resonators and other crap. i personally like a loud exhaust that's done right. just put 1 resonator in, so it doesnt sound raspy like a honda, and call it a day. (resonator or glasspack, people call them different things)

P.S.: oh and motor mounts dont cost 250 each, unless they're made from pure UN-OBTANIUM. i call bullsh*t

2-yeah good idea since imhave the engine apart
3-thanks them ill leave the wastegate that is on the turbo already
4-i like loud exhaust too but where i live its not allowed to have loud exhaust.... That why i was asking this
