I am located in NY so this would not be of any use to me but I did want to relay the message to fellow forum members. Good oppurtunity if you ask me.

This is the email that i just received:

Hello... My name is Richard and I am a member of the Magnaflow
Performance Exhaust engineering team. I am looking for anyone
interested in participating in our Cat-back developement process for
the Mazda MP3. We at Magnaflow are looking for someone in the
Southern Claifornia area who is willing to allow us to prototype a
system on their car. During the period we have the vehicle we may
offer a rental car for personal use. Once the system is fitted, the
first production unit is installed and given to you at no cost... If

You may visit our website as well and submit your other vehicles for
potential prototyping for either our direct fit catlytic converters

I doubt that they will be able to desing it and fit it in 2 weeks but It is worth a shot. (or you could just take the rental back home)

I bet 2 weeks is more than enough to do an exhaust. Some shops can make you one in a day!
