pretty much. Also, I may be getting at least 1 seat installed at some point this week. Both if I'm lucky.
 
Well, we got both stock seats out, and we got 1 seat back in. you do the math on that one lol. That's right, I'm ridin with one seat, cuz that's how I roll! Until tonight, where I'm gonna install the used 1 from KCB HIW in the passenger side. Also painted the numbers silver metallic late last night to match the rest of the decals, and about got high on paint fumes in the process. I was a little loopy when I got to bed last night lol. It's ok, the numbers went into the bathroom (vent fan) to dry over night. I should have some pics tonight or tomorrow.

I'm getting a wierd vibration right around 35 MPH now, and it's a little disconcerting. I'm going to check my ride heights and my shock settings tonight or tomorrow to make sure I didn't knock anything seriously out of whack when we tore everything down last weekend. If that doesn't work, I'll probably have to get the balance checked on the tires. I know the miata's prone to vibrations due to imbalances (people have complained of this even after mildly flat spotting a tire).

lol I think it was muffing. I think they came out pretty well tho, so that's cool. OOH! I also pimpnatched my helmet to match the car ;). Black helmet with small silver MAZDA across the back, underneath my SCCA sticker that I already had on there.

We'll see how everything goes tomorrow, then we'll see about the ticket. Washed 'er, hit the hood with some rubbing compound, then waxed all around. Also added some more stick on horsepower :p

Cuz the water was freakin cold and I wanted to take a nap before driving to Macon tonight. So there. She'll be washed at some point next week.

EDIT: Packed the miata for the trip. I had no idea I could stuff so much shizzz into the ass end of that car lol. Impact socket set, tire pump, block of wood, race jack, jack stand, impact gun, a big ass craftsman tool set, and my fold out chair. I could fit my backpack w/ clothes, but then I'd have to open the trunk when I get to Macon, and seriously, who needs that? :p

Compression test

Well, I did a compression test this evening, and I'm relatively pleased with the results. For an engine with 150,000 miles or so, it's not in too bad shape. A fresh engine should be making about 190, and no cylinder should be 20psi below the highest. The reason for the test was I was a good bit down on power compared to kevin's 1.6 with similar mileage. So far I've done a couple things that should have freed up some HP. My plugs were completely shot, there was about a pound of dust / dirt / crud in the air, and the filter was stuffed with that junk. New V Powers (on the old plugs, you could barely tell the V notch was there), dumped the s*** out of the air box and put a K&N panel filter in. It's idling a little rough, but I still need to get some new coil packs and spark plug cables, so hopefully that'll help some.

These numbers were all done with the engine at operating temps (drove abt 20 mins before doing the test), all the plugs out, coil packs unplugged along with the main injector harness, and WOT.
