MAF and o2 sensor??

I need some help. I followed the HOW TO method to clean out my MAF sensor. But i still get a rough idle and my car jerks while driving. It doesnt jerk until i get to 4,000 rpm. Could it be that my MAF sensor wasnt clean correctly or is my o2 sensor the problem as well??

Did you have CELs for indicating that either of those parts were causing your problem?

Have you pulled the spark plugs to check the condition and gap? Have you cleaned or replaced your air filter? PCV?

My check engine is on and threw codes for MAF and o2 sensor. I haven't yet changed my sprak plugs but I'm planning to replace soon. i have replace air filter. how do i go about checking PCV??

there is a MAF cleaner spray can at you're loacl auto parts store, and which O2 is it?

Don't bother checking the pcv, simply replace it. Shaking it to see if it still rattles does not address the condition of the spring. So just swap it and be done.

i did that already. I clean out the MAF sensor. I went to Auto Zone and bought me the cleaner.
I believe it was the o2 before the Cat. I forgot. I am at work now. i have the print out at home. So i will double check.
