Madison Meet

Hey Everybody!

Hey-

I'm from a little town called Waupun. It's a hick town about an hour north of Madison. (Kinda nice having the flashiest car in town, even if there is only 15K people living there.) I'm going to UW-Oshkosh for Computer Science, I'm a junior. I've got a blue MP3, totally stock (except for the ******* bushings that have been replaced, and some suspension squeaking things that are getting fixed Thursday. I'd definately be up for meeting. I'm busy this weekend, and I have finals all next week, but after that, I'm free pretty much every weekend. I dont check this board as much as I should, but if there is a definate meet scheduled, e-mail me.

Is anyone here going to the AutoX events in madison this year? Starts on the 18th at the 151 speedway in columbus, and its a pretty good time. Anybody interested?

damn this thread is old!! when i visit madison (almost every other weekend) i see lots of p5's(driven by old ladies).

I'm in Madison as well, and Autocross pretty repeatedly (Hi Eric...) Had a Silver Mitsu before, now have Terry's (spoolinmp3's) turboed Yellow MP3.. which I will be racing.

But a meet up would be a good time.

And I should be at the 18th 151 Autox as well as every single one this season.

Yes it did... and it is getting more goodies constantly. JandS is in the pipeline and the LSD is next up to bat. Then polished head and forged goodies this winter. She'll be even more of a beast. I'm working on learning the microtech right now, and hoping the tranny stays in one piece .

I'm going to have to get used to that fact actually... damn thing will snap loose in 3rd gear if I give it too much in a corner. Waiting on some slicks so I can race on those this year. Hoping for used to not break the pocket book, but that requires waiting. I'll probably class out to, or opt in to C Race for category. Looking forward to the 18th though bigtime! Doing the MazdaRevItUp event on Saturday in Chicago. Fun racing weekend .

Watch me end up racing on 18" rims for auto-x. Big pimpin .
