I install my new fog bulbs today. Love the Titanium white Luminatics I installed as they match the HID's in color (but no so much in brightness). Looks 100 times better than the "yellowish" factory bulbs.

What's the bulb part number and where did yah get them. Looks really good and I might have to pickup a set myself.

good choice in bulbs. luminics is great quality and makes a bulb that seems to last forever

luminics hands down has the best "color" bulbs in the business i think! If you really want that color you crave, that's the way to go. I installed the "pure blue" ones on my 02' lancer when i had it, and man people used to ask all the time if i had HIDs. I never had any visibility problems at night either - every sign was well illuminated, i was highly impressed - especially for the price! And if/when i get the MS3 (hopefully in a months time) - i'll buy them for the stock bulbs (since im not gonna get the GT trim).

Luminics has the best (Hid-looking) bulbs I've ever bought! I had the "pure blue" in my 02' lancer, and had people always asking what temp my hid's were. hahah. so whenever i buy my MS3, I'll get some Luminics for the Fogs, casue im planning to buy a GT trim, so i can already have factory HID low beams;)

do you have to take off the front bumper to install?

i really want to get those fog lights but don't have very much experience with installing parts myself

No there is a panel directly under the fog light assemblies with three Phillips head screws. Just remove those and you can see the connector going to the bulb. Just press the tab on the connector and remove it from the back of the bulb. Then give the bulb a counter clockwise 1/4 turn and the bulb should come out.

Just remember do not touch the glass of the bulb with any part of your bare skin. The oil from your body can cause the bulb to crack when it heats up.

I had Luminics for fogs and head lights. The fogs only lasted maybe 6 months or less before one burnt out. The head lights, one just burnt out a few weeks ago. So they lasted about a year. Color was very nice. But the out put is dim. Once I put the factory bulbs back in, I thought I was driving around with high beams! haha. But not bad if you like the color and doing mostly city driving. I think I used the Titanium White bulbs. Got them from SU last year. I'm switching to HID's soon.
