Low Profile Steering Wheel for Fluffy Guy

So I’m a big guy. I drive a 2013 Mazda 5 (most M-3 stuff compatible) as my daily dad-wagon. My gut barely misses the wheel with the seat all the way back and reclined a good ways back.

Would like a flat bottom wheel, smaller diameter, or one that sits closer to the dash.

Not really interested in something pricey as this isn’t a track car. But something with sone kind of traction would be nice (foam???). Any suggestions???
