loudest exhaust??

what is the loudest exhasut i can bolt on to my 2008 MS3?

turboxs is the loudest I believe.

if u want to be really loud just unbolt your exhaust and be open downpipe.
I wouldnt suggest doing that but its your car, or just get a shop to make u a straight pipe.

well IMO i think the hks gives u the best sound, but seriously dude you will be wasting a lot of money considering it will barily give you any more hp at all. I would say get the resonators removed and see if you like it then. 500 bucks is a lot to waste for sound.

Noise and power, start thinking about downpipes, not catbacks

Noise, remove resonators. Some cheap shops will charge like $50 or $100 each.

Paid $400 shipped for the HKS Hi-Power CBE (God I love Microsoft Cashback!). It's one of the nicest sounding CBE's out for the MS3 in my opinion. Its also one of the cheaper ones. Looks great with the angled tip too (just my taste).

you can easily have the 2 resonators and muffler cut out and straight pipe welded in, that will cost you like $60-100 depending on where you are at, maybe even less. But that alone will make it pretty loud and bassy. Then ad a testpipe and your pretty loud right there

3" piping from the turbo all the way back would probably be the loudest. it won't sound bad either. it's hard to make a turbo car sound bad. but like a few others have said already, remove the 2 resonators and get a test pipe and see how you like it. that's my plan.

If you want rumble, you'll have to install at least 2 more cylinders in your engine, preferably 4.
