Loud rotating scraping noise from rear?

For the past month or so, I've had a clunk in the rear which I attributed to needing to regrease the bushings (I have AXR kit). I am greasing them today, but all of a sudden today a whole new sound is showing up.

It sounds like metal scraping on metal and it sounds like it is rotating. I can only hear it at low speeds, <15mph or so. The sound will be absent, and as soon as I touch the brakes, it starts making the sound. If I let go of the brakes, there is a new sound that is similar but definitely different, that usually goes away after about 5-6 seconds. I can repeat this everytime by touching the brakes and hearing the two sounds.

Is this likely just brakes needing to be replaced on one wheel? Thanks!

if its that bad, either your brakes are just uber worn out, or you have one caliper thats frozen and probably not gripping strait.

I had a noise like that and it was the brakedust shield around my discs...I bent it back a little and it took care of it.
