Hey everyone,
As stated in the title, when accelerating on the freeway from usually 5th or 6th gear my car will sometimes make a loud clunking noise along with hesitation in acceleration. This seems to happen if I'm in the low RPM range and probably shouldn't be accelerating as much or as fast. It has done this a handful of times. The car doesn't do anything similar to this in 1-4th gear. Could this be too much torque on the engine or a motor mount issue?
Any ideas? It is a 2007 spee3 with 54,000 miles on it
Thanks
