Ok I put a used turbo kit on a month and a half ago. I'm Air Force and I was sent somewhere so I didn't get to finish and put the exhaust on. Anyway I came back and took it out for a hard run to see how it would compare. Smoke started billowing out of the downpipe and was cooking off the turbo. Which was leaking. I sent the turbo off to AGP turbos to have a rebuild done. I went out of town again for 2 weeks when I came back the turbo came a couple days later. Put it on took it out same problem. I noticed the since the oil return line was so long at one point it was above the turbo. I thought for sure that was the issue so after just moving it down so now its a nice casual drop to the oil pan and is never higher then the turbo. Took it out again oh and I now have the full exhaust on finally it did it again smoke right out of the exhaust. My question is if this is old oil from before that I will have to burn off or if thats possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And not that it prolly matters but its a spool kit T3 5 PSI.
