Lost Sirius radio presets

Here is a strange one. Got a satellite update a few weeks ago for Sirius radio. ever since then. Some of my presets, (1-6) are gone, it displays "Invalid Channel". But I can manually tune to it with no issues. If I leave it there, then turn off the ignition, it will "lose" that channel again until I manually tune it again. I tried to contact Sirius, but they are absolutely useless, and I mean usuless. So I am kind of at a lost. is it the tuner itself acting up or actually the headunit. If you got ideas toss them to me.

Took it to dealer yesterday, they had to do some type of update/ reset to the tuner itself. Works just fine now

If you disconnect the (-) terminal from the battery for about 20 minutes then plug it back up. As soon as you turn sirius on, it will perform the update again and all the channels will be back. You will have to re-set your presets and clock again. That's what I just did this past Saturday and it worked..
