Lost my Uncle

I lost my uncle today to cancer. A year long battle fought hard by him, and he passed today peacefully surrounded by family.

He was a die hard Mopar fan. He owned a 64 Dodge Polara he was restoring. He was a great man filled with love and caring. The type of man to give you the shirt off his back.

This week has been hard for my whole family. His brothers and sisters gathering around him, and supporting his wife. Nieces and Nephews talking about our rides with him in all of his Mopars.

Tomorrow we will mourn our loss to our family. This weekend we will celebrate his life and achievments. Monday we will bid him a final farewell to be with the angels and watch over us as we continue on.

In light of these circumstances, I will not be on very much over the next few days. Any communications I will TRY to answer, and if I owe anyone anything from my For sale threads or what not. I will try to get them out to you.

My uncle passed away last fall and he was a hardcore body shop man who worked on museum cars...I know how you feel...Take all the time you need Craig.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I went through a very similar situation with my uncle, whom I was very close to, about 3 years ago. He had an inoperable brain tumor, and lived for only 1 year after being diagnosed. He was a car guy, and we would always go to shows & events together. All I can say is keep his memory alive, and stay strong.
