It turns on but no sub sound. I hooked up a speaker that I know works and that didnt play either. Im guessing the apm is toast. O well problem # 1 gonna call the dealer and see about this now

PS hope this isnt a sign of things to come

Have you tried reseting the HU??? Cause that happens alot. It's worth a try if you haven't tries that already. Hopefully this is the case so you don't need a whole new setup

Yeah no prob, Try this whenever anything goes wrong with the stereo, it's usually the source of any problems. Do a search on stereo and you find thousands of theads on this. I'm only saying this cause I can't visualize which button it is right now. It's really small, you need a pin to push it. It resets everthing on the HUI, including setting. So if you really like your xcurrent setting, write it down, so you can reload them in.

OK i tried the reset thing and it worked like a charm THANX BRO
I wonder what happend and why thats never happend on any radio I ever had B4

The non-fading output might have gotten muted...If you hold down either the FM or AM button (can't remember which one) it will mute/unmute the preouts going to the sub.

the amp is set for the sub to only produce lows, if you hooked up a regular speaker looking for sound, it probably wont do anything.

Its likely the common sub issue.
Take it to the dealer and have them replace it.

No need to replace it dude, reseting it werked just fine. it's the HU messing up like normal, nothing you can do but get a new HU if you aren't willing to reset it like once a year, if that. Rarely ever happens.
