hey guys, im new here over from clubprotege.com

anyway i was wondering if any of you guys might mave an MSP/MP3 stock shifter i could buy off you.

i drive an 92 black SE i want shorter throws and my current P5 shifter isnt doing the job. im from the valley and i was browsing the "local" forums and seen you guys did some meets and whatnot, sounds cool. maybe i can join in sometime,

i got a buddy that drives another 1st gen as well plus theres an mica orange MSP around these parts with an mesh grill thats up for sale, i have yet to talk to him

anyways cool to see some other local protege tuners, if you know anyone i can get a shifter off of, please let me know, thanks

i ment as if you had replaced you stock one with one from B&M or somthing along those lines

there are a few more NS protege owners around the valley too

I know, I was being funny....or trying to anyway. I am trying to keep the car in stock condition as much as possible. Plus I like the way its done right now, that's why I bought the car! Everytime I pass another Protege on the road I glance at the driver, some nod and I nod back.

I ended up getting the Kartboy shifter and bushing

How's it feel now? Is your header compatable with the MSP?

The feel of the shifter is amazing. But I would say that it is best combined with my motor mounts, the shifting is seemless and it feels like the shifter wants to gear up when you want it to, it shoots to the next gear when you shift.


The header I believe is not compatible with the mazdaspeed.

You could say I rotate locations. I apply for pretty much all management positions in the company, stay at one place for a few months then go to the next store to fix that up. Ive been at this one for a couple of months now. Thanks about the hood.
Sunday I will be around halifax i think, im goin camping out at dollar lake friday and saturday then on monday off to greenwood for vacation.
