any GOOD full paint job is gonna be a couple grand minimum, unless you do a good portion of the prep work yourself. Even then, a lot of shops won't let you do it because they don't want the liability of it not turning out how you want it, and you blaming them.
If you wanna do a repaint, do some reading and you may decide its worth tacking yourself, otherwise... deal with your current paint, or save up a few g's.
