looking for some HELP!!!

ok i wanna buy lowering springs for my 2006 m3 hatch. thing is i wanna do it myself im pretty mechanically inclined im just hopeing someone out there as some step buy step instruction with pictures on how it all comes apart. or knows where i can find information on getting it apart and back to gather with ease..

anyone that can help i would greatly aprieciate it.
 
sorry about that man, i just try to help this guys out and since i know more about the mz3 forums i thought i post that from there, but ur right it makes this forum look useless, ill be honest man but admin and mods here need to step it up, u guys need a thread with all this really useful info for quick find for those who dont know how to search the forums or dont have the time to lurk around, we just need a lil more organization of threads here thats all.

Thanks for all the help. When i get home from work ill check that site out. Cuz right now i cant see any of the pics. Stupid web blocker software. And i did look for info on this subject in the how to i never saw it.
 
dude its simple theres like 3 major bolts you take the tire off, take the 2 bolts from the caliper off to release the rotor, pull caliper off, undo abs sensor, zip ties are key!!! unscrew endlink it has a lil like clip thing that comes out first......now you need a spring compressor, there is a bolt that holds the strut in the strut knuckle but first you have to knock the ball joint out you loosen the bolt that holds da ball joint its the endpiece on your bottom control arm....youll need a mallet a 6lb mallet the heavier the better cuz it takes balls to knock that damn strut out!!! man if you dont really know what your doing i wouldnt **** with it..you have to make sure everything goes back on in line thats your suspension if none of what i said makes sense take it to a shop
