looking for all big turbo ms6's

The first time I installed my turbo, I did not have the EMS, I also ran it with the stock airbox initially.

I like the 3071R, and honestly, I think it's the better solution at the moment as this car has a fueling problem anyway.

IC> thanks. After EMS, the 3071 is next.

how harder is the 3071R pulling over the stock turbine when there's no EMS tuning?

Thanks.

Simon

so, i called the dealership and asked what the cost was on the camdriven fuel pump: $447.80

not bad, considering thats dealer cost. you could easily find it for 375$ through world pac, and also find upgrades too

i replaced my feul pump with a walbro and ive had no problems with anything and my throttle position stays wide open at WOT instead of restricting itslef 33% or soemthing like noted in one of the threads on here.

What are the specifics on your setup? 255?

info please post part number!

Hmm... The only thing he could of replaced it with is a 255.. Walbro makes nothing larger intank. Question is, low pressure or high pressure pump? If high pressure, SVT Focus pump will work fine.

If I had to guess I'd say SVT Focus pump, or GT40 pump. Those use returnless pumps. BTW, those pumps are around $100.

I'm not sure the Walbro would work because it's always pumping max pressure, because it's for systems that return the fuel.

High pressure isnt necessarily for returnless. The focus pump and gt pumps from at full voltage as well. Focus pump is 60 PSI at 12V, im sure the GT is the same.. Walbro is 30 PSI @ 12V

Who said high pressure is only for return less?

The Focus SVT and GT40 are return less systems, just like the Speed6. The pump only runs as it's needed, when it's needed.

The Walbro pump ran in a return less system actually runs at a lesser output because of the signal being sent to it. The Focus SVT pump flows more fuel in it's designed system.

If you put on a pump designed for fuel return systems, on a return less system, the pump continues running at it max output and will end up failing prematurely.
