Ok guys i am going this weekend to look at a 94 RX7 Twin Turbo , It has 64,200 miles on it . I was just wondering if there is anything i should know or anything i should look for. Thanks for any help

Full documentation of service (all records, warr work, oil changes, etc) Make sure it was fully and well maintained.

If it hasn't had the motor replaced/rebuilt yet it will need it soon. Ever notice how all the FDs that are for sale have around 70k miles? Hmm... Also, check some of the RX7 boards for reliablilty mods and perform all of them if you end up buying.

And your experience is? Depending on how well it was maintained, how much is was modded and how it was driven, I'm absolutely positive that it will need an engine some time within the next 20 miles to 60,000 miles. In other words, not all that different than many other used cars, and at least as good as most other used high-performance Sportscars. But there are some unique considerations and things to look for, which I linked to below.

No. :)

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, if properly maintained (including the reliability mods you mentioned), kept at stock boost levels and not driven like it's stolen, the FD motor should be good for around 100k. There are many long-time owners that have exceeded 120k. Turbos, which should be regarded as a consumable, generally start going a bit sooner. Now admittedly that's not in the miata category for reliability, but then again, it's not in the miata category in terms of performance either.
