cheaper, more fun to drive, and better on gas

he's asking to much though, i think, i saw a 2003 msp with about the same mileage for the same money (i know this isn't what you want)
it affects my milage only when i'm in boost, stay out of boost, same milage as stock (when boosting it can really gobble up some gas, plus i have to use the exp. stuff 93 octane.!!) good luck with the hunt, look at the mazda 5!!
nate - i'm not really interested in a minivan - if i can't get 25mpg i'm thinking of just going back to the expedition.
thanks for the replies - you guys are awesome, i've been on a bunch of car forums, but none have been as responsive as you all.
Lord_Zath said:Actually, I found my auto seems to get better gas mileage than some people with manuals. Probably because the autos shift at lower rpm's compared to the standard manual driver. Though that isn't a major reason the auto is better. Doing it all over again, I probably would've gone manual. (deadhorse
that's like the only thing it's got goin for it (glare)amm888 said:i'm definately a stick man myself but there are 3 things going against me getting one: 1) my gfriend doesn't know stick (and doesn't seem to enjoy learning) 2) i live in LA 3) the way i tend to drive stick i can guarantee my mpg will be lower than with an auto.
my concern is that the auto will seem too sluggish compared to the stick which didn't seem all that powerful to begin with (i've only tested one stick so far (man does that engine rev high fast)).
