Look whats happening to my intercooler!

You're not going to destroy the turbo kit - that's a little extreme. At worst, you'll hole a pipe and lose some boost. Even "extremely high heat" is an exaggeration - the IC outlet is at close to ambient temperature.

But it's still not a good thing.

Raising my car is my last resort, it's very easy with the coil overs but I still think there can be another solution. I'm working on it right now (brainstorming) and when I get off of work in I have any good ideas I'll stop by home depot. I'm pretty good with a dremell :)

Plus at stock levels I highly doubt it will be a huge improvment, My bumber was replaced last year cause it looked like crap, pre-lowering. And now the IC pipes are the lowest part on the car. I should have the City pay for it!!!! I did that once when an uneven road cost me a rear tire, I sent a nice letter to the city of San Jose, I got a call so I could further explain and sent pictures. Within about 2 weeks I had a check for new rear tires (2!) But they'd probably blame it on the lowering and blow me off this time though.

well he may end up destroying it or the enigne if there is a hole and sand dust or dirt s*** even water gets up in it .. i mean all it takes is one good scrape that punctures it and that could take a split second to happen and get something up inside the pipes if it is the pipe im thinking of but again that is a worst case scenario i just dont think i would take that risk
