I was building my hardpipes this afternoon, and decided that it would be a good time for me to take off the exhaust mani cover for a little paint job. Well, once I took it off the I found a nice long crack from the O2 sensor almost all the way up to the top of the mani. I know this can't be good at all.

Obiviously, I need to get it replaced, any suggestions?

warranty? otherwise replace... can't really do a great job of fixing a crack in an iron manifold. thats the downside to iron. its CHEAP to mass produce, but if a crack happens- bye bye

I'm guessing warranty is out of the question. This sucks, because I really don't want to buy another one, and I can't afford to get a MAM mani even if they're still making them. I'm going to talk to a local shop in town to see if they could make me a new one.

Anyone know how much a new mani costs at dealer?

im no expert but im guessing a new Callaway Mani would cost more than a turbo kit from MAM, lol

This isn't the first one to do this.
