Is there going to be a day two for the Install Day(s)? If so where at and what time?

We got a lot more done today than I thought we would.

About 12 people showed up over the course of the day, and we worked for a total of 11 hours. Did a little of everything. I'd like to thank everyone who showed up. It was a good time.

Given that the weather's supposed to be s*** tomorrow and everything else, I think I'm going to take a break and relax. We'll definitely do another one, though. I think this turned out pretty well.

Thanks to justin for hosting a good time. I enjoyed meeting some new people as I am still new to the group, also nice to see those that I have met before. I will have to get something to install before the next one. Now I just have to figure out what to get. I think maybe I will go for a stick on hood scoop or two, or maybe the wing off the back end of one of the decommissioned F-14's. We could mount it right to the trunk lid.....I figure those two mods would be worth a few thousand HP?

No wing - TAILS! Or were you looking for fully automatic sweeping wing action?

Too bad the F-14 was one of the awesomest fighters evar.

WOW I was only thinking about the tail sections. Of course my HP calculations were based on that. Imagine the gains I could get if i were to use the whole wing. Should be in the tens of thousands. Good times.

They were badass. One of the last ones to fly did a few supersonic fly-by's when I was on the IKE off the coast of VA. We all stood in awe on the flight deck telling the younger kids how lucky they were to see it. Last of an era for the navy at least. The AF still has the F-15 but that is not the same, for me anyway.

didn't boeing revamp the f-15? yeah they are renaming them the "silent eagle" and they made it more stealthy...
