Lightened crank pulley == CEL?

I can spray that directly into the valve ontop of the throttle body..or will that damage something?

You can spray some carb cleaner inside. So you took the valve apart and left the other half still attached to the throttle body? If so its ok to clean the attached half, just spray a little, and maybe use a paper towel or rag to get in there and wipe the carbon out.

and what about the black cylinder..should i just let the plunger soak inside of some seafoam. The little silver cylinder the plunger goes into is perfectly clean.

use throttle body cleaner instead of carb cleaning. most throttle body cleaner is sensor safe
