We owned our CX-9 for 3 weeks and after a day out shopping, came home unloaded vehicle with groceries and other items. I closed the garage door and went on in the house and my wife went out to put our reusable bags back into the vehicle and push the liftgate button without realizing it wouldn't clear the garage door. After the damage was done, it resulted in a very minor chip in the paint on the bottom of the liftgate and paint removed from an area about an inch long on the very bottom. I found a chrome strip about .75 inches wide that is made to go across that area of the liftgate and was wondering if anybody has this installed or seen one installed? and if so how does it look?
