I've got an idea.... We should have a meet somewhere between Chicago and Detroit. I know Steve lives just outside of Detroit. That neck of the woods is about a 9 hour drive for me. I don't know if I could convince any local buddies to go that far, but I probably would. I know you Toronto guys aren't too far East of Detroit either.

Who's up for it? Maybe over the American Thanksgiving holiday?

Yeah, that would be awesome. All of the Ontario guys should keep an eye on the MI section, as we do plan some meets. We could definitely plan something, so this is a great idea for the future.

Definitely. You could even plan around one of the auto shows (either NAIAS in Detroit or the Chicago show).

Cool cool. You might want to look for 'warm white' LEDs then. They have that Lexus/BMW/Merc illumination look. Cool white LEDs are more on the blue side. As for the sharkfin, I'd wait for a used one or the GB that happens 2-3 times a year. Save a little cash.

Ahh yeah those are the ones. I'm not a fan of the blue only because all of the civics and 2.0 jettas in my town have blue lights everywhere. I was looking at the Tower II parking lights, a few people have them on this forum. I'll be replacing the interior lights and the license plate lights. I truly can't wait to start modding though .

My post count is going to go through the roof and I'll be uploading photos for all mods I do lol. I'm pretty decent at photoshop aswell, so I can make chop photos for the future.

Well I hope you enjoy it! I actually put an offer on it, but they weren't budging from their price at that point. I think he said he'd knock a couple hundred off whatever they were asking back then, so I walked. Nice to see it got a good home.

Not sure what prices they negotiated with you, but they wanted just under $30,000 on the road and I brought it down to $24,000 on the road with taxes and everything.

I'm going to u of guelph for business . Cost me a lot of money with my car purchase lol, that's why there won't be any big mods for now.
