LED lighting for headlamps is no good, for now that is. They are a good technology but as far as headlights go, dont buy those bulbs. Those bulbs are for show only and are not meant for driving at night. Forget about the fog lights as well. Stick with halogen for now or dare I say, HID although I dont condone HID in none HID housings. LED Headlamps are starting to appear on some high luxury cars but those are a complete headlight with HIGH power LED's and the correct optics to achieve the light output they need to light up the road. The bulbs people sell on say Ebay are not good for driving.
As far as indicator and markers, yes they are good. For tail lights, no unless you buy LED taillights made for the car. There are some bulbs out there that are LED and that certain car dealer sells like Mercury but those are expensive. Cant recall what the bulbs are called. Finding a good quality and reputable company is going to be up to you.
