Didn't read all the posts but here's the deal. if you want to fit your door panels back on without making modifications to the door skin or door panel 6.5" or 6x8" are the largest you can fit. (Note i said 6x8" and not 6x9"). If you want to cut up the doors...well then you could fit whatever you want as evidence from some of the photos posted.
