Off Topic Landscaping pics!

Well alot of us here own houses so............ What have you done/ had done to improve your curb appeal? We have a 105 ft wall starting monday but we have started this project!
Info: Our house was built into the bedrock so it was blasted out, there is a huge rock on the right side of the house covered by 6" of dirt/ weeds!! Well we are working on cleared everything off..........

Looks very nice, I'm assuming you have that pvc pipe tiled to a drain tile behind the wall. I would also take some of the gravel out near the driveway and add soil to plant in those spaces.

Yes we are going to put potting soil near the driveway for some plant......... The PVC is tied to the drainage behind the wall under the gravel. Day 5 will be posted soon

Yes my Boxers are in alot of the pics (Harley the pure white one is 18 months and Zoe the fawn is 1), we have an underground electric fence (well some is above ground now to install the steps) to keep them in the yard .....Yes we shocked ourselves first before we put the colar on the dogs.

Day 1 after the landscapers............

The Left corner has always been neglected........ Now that the wall went in we had to clean it up.........We still have a 15 ft yard waste pile there from when we moved in but imo it looks better!!

that is coming along great! I love how you built the steps into the middle front...really sharp!

You should look into doing a flagstone walk from your "new" front steps to your existing walk. Or maybe like an irregular bluestone walk.

Ya we are still deciding on how the walkway will be constructed......... I need to move the steps first and pour a concrete block on the base of the steps. After that we will figure out what stone we are going to use.

I got tired of landscaping so I built a roof over my hot tub yesterday...... We still wanted to be able to see the stars on nice nights

well when your done if you wanna come over to my place we can do some stuff over there we move in in 2 wks...lol

Nice additions man unfortunately for me i wont be able to do alot if any additions to my house its in a gated community with a HOA and they give you s*** if your trash can is left out after the trash pick up, also it has to be hidden out of sight even from peoples windows its a BIG PITA but oh well.

So whats next on the HI list.

Next is to rotatill the fron yard and try to get grass to gow.... Kinda hard with my boxers running around.

Yeah i know what ya mean the house were in now my dogs destroyed the back yard its all just dirt now, I have 4 dogs a Husky, Choco Lab, Rott, Boxer

speaking of boxers dont mean to thread jack but heres a pic of my boxer shes 3 1/2mo now any advice being you have two. She is EVIL and i think she wants to kill me any any tips or tricks i should try.
