Okay, first off, this thread is mostly for apperance purposes. I am somewhat of a show car and am not going for a rebuilt motor or anything, so please don't harass me about this being useless or whatever. I know most of this stuff is!

Anyway, this is just a fun progress of my car from now until I am done with it. Props out to the other show Proteges out there: Pirana, Bigwoofer, sevsev, evade, flipstyles, maxx, joka, and also countless others that had Pros but moved on to other things, Rodscalip5, supman, protege5gurly, etc etc.

Images are 600 x 400

So yes, enough blabbing, on to the pictures. (blah)

First off, my hideous roof racks were removed and sold a while back. I snapped a few pictures, but sorry, no write up thread on it. No leaks so far also haha.

Next off, my Rays extended lug nuts. Anodized blue. Yes, I think red might have been better? But what the hell right? Also, no, I don't have extended studs.

Thanks to Linux (http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123675094&highlight=piaa+wiper)

I ordered PIAA wiper blades and installed them tonight. I can't really comment on them since I haven't driven with them yet. I noticed the metal section that holds the wiper blade is starting to fade. I used Back to Black but I might remove them later and paint them black.

Next off, my Sparco WRX harness bar. There is already a semi-formal written install thread on this, so I won't go into detail.

Thanks to Lasermp5 for helping me decide. http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123666908

So here are some pictures. The install was basic. You DO need longer bolts for the B-Pillar, but those were supplied with my harness. I have no idea on the thread pitch or length. Also, I use my stock belts and my harness from time to time. You need to lower the B-Pillar belt adjustment all the way down or the bar won't fit.

PS I know my door handles are missing in the pictures, but yah... that'll be understood later.

Maxx - I think if you traded speed for appearance, you'd be killing everyone haha.

Khaos - I removed the side moldings. I have horrible... marks left I guess? I need to get the doors repainted.

Claybar the areas where the moldings were. Then wax alot and they go away!!

I tried! Believe me, I have done many things. Thanks though. I think it is just time to refresh the car with new paint :D

Hmm guess I can't see them in the picture. I love black mica but it does show imperfections like none other. I could use a paint refresh and some body work :(

Your car also makes me want JDM tails, heh (NEED TO STOP SPENDING MONEY!!!)

Do it ;) hehe

Yah, I counted 10 dings on the driver side... sad.

Here are a few more things. My front pair of rotors came in tonight! Talk about quick shipping to Hawaii.

That thing has been bothering me since I got it haha. Yes, it just tones the car down... I hope.
